This service is for existing Mustard clients with usable creator footage, for one location or service area. Each monthly refresh needs suitable existing footage. New creator shoots are not included. If you're unsure whether your footage is suitable, call (833) 773-3310 before subscribing.

When does billing start? When do the ads launch?
Billing starts at signup and renews monthly until canceled. There is no trial or delayed billing. First launch happens after video approval and the required Meta account and business asset setup/access are complete. Setup and approval do not delay the start of subscription billing.
Is the ad budget included? Will ads run every day?
Yes. The $500 USD monthly total includes campaign management, video creative support, and $200/month Meta ad spend. The ad budget is part of the $500 total, not an additional charge. Management continues throughout the month, but ad delivery depends on budget and platform approval. We do not guarantee that ads run every day or that spend is uninterrupted.
Can I request changes to the videos?
Yes. One revision round is included per monthly batch. You'll review and approve the creative before it runs.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Call (833) 773-3310 to manage or cancel your subscription. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled.
What results will I see?
Your monthly report covers spend, reach, clicks, and tracked actions where available. Results vary, and action reporting depends on available tracking. There are no guaranteed sales, leads, or ROI.
