Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a different plan anytime. Your account, influencers, and campaign history stay the same.

What happens if a creator fails to deliver content?

If you want guaranteed content every month, our Managed Plan includes:

Guaranteed influencer visits
Guaranteed posts and deliverables
Full support with invites, scheduling, follow-ups, and handling no-shows

On the self-service plan, you only pay the $25 booking fee when you approve a creator to visit. If they don’t deliver content afterward, you can mark the collaboration as “not delivered” in your dashboard and simply invite or book a different creator — there’s no long-term commitment.

So the self-service plan gives you full control and flexibility, while the managed option provides guaranteed influencer content done for you.

How is this different from running ads?

Ads are paid messages. Influencers are trusted recommendations.

Yes, we do. Content featuring alcohol or smoking is allowed, as long as your establishment serves food. It’s ultimately up to each influencer to decide if it fits their audience.

How do we track results? Will we get reports?

The monthly fee covers influencer matchmaking, campaign management, and content creation—but a few things are not included:

Food comp: You provide a food credit (typically $25–$200 per influencer), issued as a secure digital voucher via Mustard.
Tips or gratuity: Optional and at your discretion—they're not included in the comp.
Add-ons: Services like analytics reporting upgrades, custom influencer selection, or additional influencer slots are available for an extra fee.

There are no hidden charges—we keep everything upfront and flexible.

The plan mentions “45K local reach.” What does that mean?

“45K local reach” refers to the estimated number of unique local users who will see your restaurant featured across influencer posts each month. This number is based on the combined follower count and average viewership of the three local food influencers we match you with.

Actual reach may vary slightly depending on your location and the influencers selected, but our platform prioritizes creators with strong local engagement to maximize visibility and foot traffic.

How does the food comp work?

As part of your monthly plan, each influencer receives a food credit (typically $25–$200) in the form of a digital voucher issued through Mustard’s platform. This voucher is redeemed at your restaurant and helps prevent fraud or confusion between influencers and staff.

You choose the comp amount, and we handle communication and logistics—no reimbursements, no hassle. The comp covers their meal in exchange for authentic social media posts about your restaurant.

Are tips included in the food comp?

No, tips are not included in the food comp. While the influencer's meal is covered by the restaurant, gratuity is appreciated and typically at the restaurant's discretion. If you’d like to include a tip as part of the comp, just let us know during setup.
