At Mustard, we prioritize a seamless and efficient scheduling process for both our influencers and partner restaurants. To ensure this, we’ve established the following guidelines and policies surrounding no shows, cancellations, and rescheduling. Please review the details below and abide by these policies to ensure a smooth collaboration within the Mustard Foodie Network:
No Shows
A “no show” refers to an influencer who does not attend a booked event or appointment without any prior communication or notice.
Consequences for No Shows:
- Immediate ban from the Mustard Foodie Network.
- Loss of any benefits or privileges associated with the network.
- The influencer’s reputation will be flagged, which may impact future collaborations or opportunities.
Cancellations
A “cancellation” is when an influencer informs Mustard in advance that they will not be able to attend a booked event or appointment.
- Influencers are allowed one (1) cancellation per month without any penalties.
- If an influencer exceeds this limit:
1. The influencer may face penalties, such as a temporary suspension from booking new appointments.
2. A continuous pattern of cancellations might result in a more extended suspension or even expulsion from the Mustard Foodie Network.
Rescheduling
“Rescheduling” refers to an influencer requesting to change the date or time of a booked appointment.
- Influencers are allowed to reschedule up to three (3) times per month.
- Should an influencer exceed this allowance:
1. They will be temporarily banned from making new bookings.
2. Continuous excessive rescheduling may also lead to longer suspensions or eventual removal from the network.
Emergencies & Exceptions
Mustard understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies, influencers should contact the Mustard team directly and provide details. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made.
Reinstatement
Influencers who have been banned or suspended from the network can apply for reinstatement. The Mustard team will review each application based on previous behaviors, commitment, and network feedback.
